Middle East hotel occupancy rose 3% to 60.8% in July, but a 5% ADR decrease to $119.26 brough RevPAR down 2.1% to $72.51. In Africa, hotel occupancy rose 1% to 62.6%, ADR increased 4.8% to $106.94 and RevPAR rose 5.8% to $66.99.

Middle East hotel occupancy rose 2.6% to 61.7% during the second quarter, while a 7.2% ADR drop to $147.44 brought down RevPAR 4.8% to $91.03. In Africa, occupancy rose 2.2% to 57.6%, ADR increased 4% to $106.53 and RevPAR rose 6.3% to $61.33.
