Internet Announces Top Ten Destinations for 2002

DALLAS Dec. 30, 2002 (Nasdaq:ROOM), the largest specialized provider of discount lodging worldwide, announced today its top 10 destinations for 2002.
The number one destination for the year was New York City followed by Las Vegas and Orlando. Through the third quarter of 2002 booked over 5.6 million room nights in more than 285 cities worldwide. According to the Top 10 destinations are:

2. Las Vegas
3. Orlando
4. Chicago
5. Miami
6. Boston
7. Los Angeles
8. London
9. Washington, DC
10. New Orleans

New York has jumped into the number one position from the number two spot last year. According to Bob Diener, co-founder and president of, "This year travelers have once again embraced New York making it the number one destination choice of thousands of travelers in the U.S. and abroad." New to the Top Ten list for 2002 is Los Angeles and London while San Francisco and Reno dropped off.
