McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurants, Inc. Opens Second Houston, Texas Restaurant |

McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurants, Inc. (Nasdaq: MSSR), today announced the opening of its second location in Houston, Texas, marking the Company's fifth restaurant in the state and 85th restaurant in the U.S. |
This new Houston restaurant is located at Houston Pavilions, downtown Houston's new entertainment, retail and office hub. The four-block, mixed-use center is comprised of retail space, an office tower with modern loft-style rental space and a second tower with 200 condominiums. Houston Pavilions is easily accessible by Houston's light rail system and is located within the Central Business District.
'Houston Pavilions provides a vibrant location for McCormick & Schmick's and we are very excited to become a part of this new destination center for local businesses and residents in the area,' said Doug Schmick, chairman and CEO of McCormick & Schmick's Seafood Restaurants, Inc. 'Our Uptown location has enjoyed a great relationship with Houston as part of its vibrant dining scene and we look forward to becoming a larger part of the community and the downtown area.'
The Houston Pavilions McCormick & Schmick's is located at the corner of Dallas and Fannin Street and seats more than 300 guests, with additional seating on its patio.
