Since early September 2008 the Choupana Hills Resort & Spa, an ARTEH(R) Hotel in Funchal, have had the pleasure of welcoming their new Executive Chef Momo Abbane. |
Momo has trained in several countries from Spain and Canada to Cape Verde and has developed his unique culinary talents in some of the best hotels and restaurants.
His energy and love of his profession inspire all those around him. After several years committed to training and sharing knowledge and experience with numerous students, Momo reveals exceptional leading skills.
