Fox began his career with Pick Up Stix in March of 2007 as Senior Director of Finance. Prior to that, Fox was a finance and strategic planning consultant. He has worked with Fairfield Residential Real Estate Company and Catalina Restaurant Group, where he was the Vice President of Finance and Analysis.
Pick Up Stix is a fast casual, fresh Asian chain with close to 100 locations in Arizona, California and Nevada.
