You sound like a delightful person and a model for hoteliers everywhere. I too had the privilege of working in the front lines in both Rooms, sales & marketing and customer satisfaction management as head of department with several achievement and I have several times of wonderful with 100% occupancy. Then I too went into human resources operation with training to operational department. My passion for professional and genuine hospitality runs deep as it does in you.
