I am distrought at reading how this Crusie Line wants to please each guest. You need to be aware that if you charge your room on this cruise line, and you have other guest under your booking number (they only give out one number no matter how many guest in your room) and you have to cancel, they will not ask you if the others will be sailing or not, they immediately delete the whole booking and your guest are out the money they gave to you as their payment to crusie. The Cruise line then turns around and rebooks the whole room and fills the ship. They will not contact the others that are showing to be booking in your room. They put the whole responsibility on your shoulder (you will pay the others back out of your own funds)(if you do not have insurance*) and good luck keeping your friends. This is how this cruise line has figured out how to make extra money. I am livid! True story as this is what I am dealing with at this moment. I am not through yet.
